    6 ounces lite firm-style tofu
    1 cup strawberries
    1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp sugar free strawberry jam
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup blueberries


Place all ingredients in blender except blueberries, blend until smooth. Spoon half of tofu mixture into 2 bowls, top with blueberries, serve immediately or cover & refrigerate.
