Ingredients

1 cup low sodium beef broth
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes
2 tbsp pearl barley
1/4 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup frozen peas & carrots
50 grams of ground sirloin
Directions
Brown ground sirloin in a skillet. Drain.
Put all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes until barley is cooked.
