Ingredients

1 cup white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup water
2 large eggs
6 tsp canola oil
Directions
Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.
In another bowl combine water and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Mix with electric mixer until well combined.
Add 1 egg at time mixing well between them. Mix until small bubbles form.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from frig and set on counter for 1 hour.
Meanwhile place 1/2 tsp canola oil in cup of a 12 cup muffin tin.
Preheat oven to 400*. 5 minutes before the standing time is finished place the muffin tin in the oven to preheat the oil.
Divide mixture into 12 parts of the hot muffin tin and bake @ 400* for 30 minutes.
Remove immediately from pan and place on a paper towel lined plate. (to absorb any leftover oil)
Serve hot and enjoy!
IMPORTANT: Do not open the oven door while the puddings are baking.....they will fall and not cook properly.
