Ingredients

    black beans, 1 can
    garlic, 3 cloves, sliced
    olive oil, 3 TBl
    tahini, 1 TBL
    lime, 1 small juice of
    cumin, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

drain and rinse black beans
place all ingredients in food processer and blend til creamy
note* grind or use ground cumin
serve with pita bread, corn chips. or fresh vegetables
make 8 1/4 cup servings
