Ingredients

*Potato, raw, 10 medium chopped
Beef, round steak, 2 1/4 lbs cubbed
Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
Canned Tomatoes, diced 2 can
*Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 2 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
Garlic, 1 clove diced
Carrots, raw, 4 medium chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
add olive oil to pan saute garlic and onions then add meat and brown, then add potatoes and carrots and water till pot is almost full bring to full boil, then let boil for 15 minuets add salt and pepper to taste, then add the tomatoes, corn and green beans and let boil for 10 more minuets adding more water if neccisary until all veggies are tender add more salt and pepper to taste and serve. Makes 24 servings.
