Add chopped vegetables, including garlic, celery, onions, and bell peppers in a pot to simmer with 1 stick butter. When the onions become translucent, add cream of mushroom soup and one can of water. Let simmer for approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Add crawfish and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
