Ingredients

    oats, flour, soda, cinnamon, vanilla, almonds, cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips, butter, honey, splenda, sunflower seeds

Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9X15 inch pan. Combine the first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla, honey, and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer. Batter will be very heavy. Using a wooden spoon stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
Press dough into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Cut into bars and cool completely before removing from pan.

    Good
    Looks like a good group of ingredients and easy to make...I'm going to give it a try. I will, however, omit the 12 tsp of Splenda and just up the honey a bit. I'm not fond of the chemical aftertaste of splenda and prefer the natural honey. - 2/26/09
