Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tlb sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
    2 tlb canola oil

Directions

Mix all ingrediants with a wire whip. Cook in a skillet as usual. Makes 4 servings.
