Introduction

This ricotta creme tastes just like a peanut butter cup. Just use whatever sweetener you have and add vanilla or use vanilla sugar-free syrup. Whatever you have on hand will work, just keep tasting until you get it right.
This makes a HUGE dish, so just eat half today and half tomorrow. :-)

Ingredients

    1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp peanut butter
    1 Tbsp baking cocoa
    1 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
    2 tsp sucralose (splenda)
    1 Tbsp nonfat milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Place into a small dish and refrigerate for at least an hour.
