Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can pumkin
    1 1oz pkg sugar free instant cheesecake flavored pudding mix
    8 tbsp Torani sugar free caramel syrup
    1 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Mix pumkin, milk and syrup with hand blender until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend until smooth. Refridgerate for about half an hour.
Makes about 4 1&1//2-cup servings
