Introduction

Will serve 6 to 8 people depending on size of rolls or amount of pasta. Will serve 6 to 8 people depending on size of rolls or amount of pasta.

Ingredients

    1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage
    3 Large Green jPeppers, chopped
    1 Large Onion, chopped
    1 Clove Garlic, chopped
    1 Large can Diced Tomatoes
    Italian Seasonings to taste
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Olive Oil for frying

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large pot. Cut sausage into small pieces, add to the oil and fry until brown. Remove from pan and add onions and garlic. Cook until onions and garlic are transparent. Add can of tomatoes, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Stir to blend, add sausage back to pot, cover and cook for about 1 hour. Serve on good Italian rolls or over pasta.
