Ingredients

    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup lime juice
    2 tbsp. capers, drained
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 ribs celery, chopped small
    Medium red bell pepper, chopped small
    6 oz. can premium white crab meat, packed in water, drained
    5 oz. can solid white albacore, packed in water, drained.
    5 oz. can salmon, packed in water, drained
    4 avocados, cubed

Directions

Whisk the mayo and lime juice in a large bowl. Stir in the capers, chili powder, celery and bell pepper. Add the crab, salmon and tuna. Stir well, breaking up the solid tuna. Gently fold in the avocado. Chill.

Makes 8 6-oz. servings.

    Loved it. Very fresh and yummy. I wanted to loose some calories so I substituted non-fat yogurt instead of mayo. I added some diced tomatoes also. I will be making this again. - 3/15/09

    ceviche doesnt have mayo in it; you can save calories by skipping that part - 4/21/09
