Introduction

Very yummy and super easy to make! I made this for dinner and it's all we had! It was very filling! Very yummy and super easy to make! I made this for dinner and it's all we had! It was very filling!

Ingredients

    2 boneless chicken breasts, grilled
    1 can blackbeans, rinced and drained
    1 sm can green chilis
    1 medium onion, diced and sauted
    1/2 c. enchilada sauce
    1/2 c crushed baked tortilla chips
    1//2 c. shredded cheese (mexican style)

Directions

Grill chicken breasts ( sprinkled with garlic salt and pepper). Salte diced onion in pan. Cut up grilled chicken into bit size pieces. Rince and drain beans and add ingredients except cheese and chips. Place in 8 X 8 baking dish. Sprinkle crushed chips over top. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. Add cheese and bake for another 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with light sour cream! YUUMMMOO
