Ingredients

2 cups cooked egg noodles
1 can tuna in water, drained
1 1/2 cup peas. cooked
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp cornstarch
salt and pepper
1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
Serves 2
In a large pot combine pasta, tuna and peas, keep warm.
In a saucepan melt margarine over medium low heat. Add cornstarch, raise heat to medium, and cook, whisking constantly for 2-3 minutes until just starting to change color. Add milk and continue whisking. Season with salt and pepper and cook until thickened. Pour sauce into pot with other ingredients and heat thoroughly. Enjoy!
