    1.5 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    2 Chopped Onions
    2 Chopped Red Peppers
    6 Cloves Garlic, minced
    1 Can Tomato Paste
    2 Cans (14.5 Oz) Diced Tomatoes
    1 Can (28 Oz) Crushed Tomatoes
    1 T Dried Basil
    1 t Dried Oregano
    1 t Salt
    1 t Black Pepper


Brown ground beef in large pot with onions and peppers. Add garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes more.

Transfer all to large crock pot. Add asil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or 3-4 hours on high.

Serve over pasta of choice--should dress 2 pounds.
