Introduction

This taco filling is a little more healthy and low cal w the inclusion of black beans and corn. Trader Joe's makes the best canned corn, but I suppose you can use any canned corn. Ingredients

    Ground Beef (lean), 2 pounds
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Trader Joe's Whole Kernal Corn, 3.5 serving
    McCormick Taco Seasoning, 10 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp

Directions

Brown mean. Add onions. Cook for a while until onions soft, or brown if you like 'em like that. Add balance of ingredients, plus 1/2 cup of water. Simmer down to taco filling consistency. Makes 20 servings.

    Incredible!
    I tried this but didn't use taco seasoning mix. I added my own seasonings. Delicious! My kidseven loved it! - 2/1/10
