Ingredients

12 oz. Pasta, cooked
1/2 can Black Olives
1 C. Tomatoes, diced
1 C. Carrots, shredded or diced
1/2 C. Green Peppers, diced
1/4 C. Onion, chopped
1 C. Frozen Peas, thawed
1 C. Frozen Corn, thawed
8 oz. Scallops, Sauteed
2 oz. White Wine
1/2 Packet Italian Dressing Mix (or 4 TBLS Italian Dressing)
Directions
- Cook and drain the pasta, set aside
- Saute all veggies, add to pasta
- Sautee scallops, add to pasta
- Add Italian dressing and wine
- Mix everything together
