    1/2 Cup chopped apples
    1/4 Cup chopped celery
    1/4 Cut chopped walnuts
    2 T Chopped onions
    1 6oz can Tuna in water, drained
    1 T Ground flax (optional)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/3 Cup Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing


Mix to gether and put on dry wheat toast with lettuce.
