Introduction

Lots of protien & not a lot of work! Lots of protien & not a lot of work!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 c chopped onions
    1 c canned diced carrots
    1 c canned peas
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 lb tail off shrimp
    1 bag Birds Eye Steam fresh brown rice
    2 packs take soy sauce

Directions

Cook rice per package instructions
scramble eggs in small pan
In pot heat olive oil on low setting
drain veggies very well
add onions, carrots, peas, shrimp to heated oil
after everything is "sizzling", add rice, soy sauce & egg
Serve immediately

Serves 3 and has 30 grams of protein!
