Introduction

A great dip for cut veggies. I make this and a salsa and put them on triscuits for a yummy afternoon snack. A great dip for cut veggies. I make this and a salsa and put them on triscuits for a yummy afternoon snack.

Ingredients

    2 Avocados
    1/2 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
    1/2 onions (or to taste)
    3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (or to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor until smooth.

The amounts I used are to my taste, but you can add or subtract what you want to personalize it. It does turn brown after the first day or so, but it's fine and lasts about a week.
