Ingredients

    3 tbs flour
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 egg or 1/4 cup egg sub
    1/2 cup ricotta

Directions

Heat griddle. Mix all ingredients. Once pan is hot, divide mixtures into 4 even servings and cook until bubbly. Flip and cook remaining side until brown.
Makes 4 pancakes
