    this was good, but I am not sure I got the rice measurement right. my bag of brown rice says 1 c makes 5 servings. I used 3/4 c of rice and 1/2 c of lentils, and it was an aweful lot. Is that supposed to be a cooked measure? Next time I will use only 3/4 cup of rice and beans - 2/4/08
