Ingredients

    18 oz center loin pork chops
    1/4 cup egg beater
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese or romano cheese

Directions

preheat oven 425
spray baking ban with cooking spray

in separate dish place egg
mix all other ingredients together except pork chops

dip pork into egg then bisquick mixture
place on sprayed cookie sheet

spray top of each pork chop with cooking spray

bake for 40-45 minutes

    I am confused by this recipe... the description and the instructions both mention Bisquick, but there is no Bisquick in the ingredient list. Do I actually use Bisquick, and if so, how much??? - 10/28/09
