Introduction
My own interpretation of a classic turkey wrap, this makes two mini-wraps that tuck nicely into my lunch bag for my main course. My own interpretation of a classic turkey wrap, this makes two mini-wraps that tuck nicely into my lunch bag for my main course.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
2 Flour Tortillas (small, 6 inch diameter)
.75 oz Swiss Cheese
2 slices of Turkey Breast (I used the pre-cut deli-style slices)
2 tsp of Ken's Steak House Lite Honey Mustard Dressing (1 tsp per wrap)
Some kind of salad mix (I used the Fresh Express 50/50 mix and just guessed on how much I was using since I don't have my scale with me. I used a few leaves in each wrap.)
Directions
Lay out the two tortilla.
Fold a single slice of turkey until it lays in the center of each wrap.
Get the swiss. I personally bought the 8 oz block and just sliced off about three-quarters of an inch which I then cut into four thinner pieces. Two pieces go atop each turkey slice.
Draw a line of honey mustard dressing down the tops of the cheese. Be sparing, a little goes a long way in these wraps.
Get the salad mix. I just pulled out a couple of leaves for each wrap until I thought they looked nice.
Now, fold up your wrap by folding the left side over, the bottom up, and then bringing the right side over. If you can, you could also fold the top down (like a burrito), but I generally don't as I like to look at them as I eat.
