Vegetarian Chili w/ the taste and texture of the original! Non-Vegetarians wouldn't know the difference! Make it as spicy or mild as you like. I would say this is medium spiciness, but I know that is left to interpretation!

Ingredients

    1 Package of Lightlife Smart Ground
    1 Finely Chopped Onion
    1 Can of Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Package of frozen Sweet Corn
    2 Cans of Del Monte Petite Cut Tomatoes
    3 TBS of Chili Powder
    Hot Sauce to Taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in a crockpot.
Cook on low setting for 4-6 hours.
