This is something quick and tasty! I really like this on summer because you should eat it at current room temperature. 1 Serving has less than 400cal. it's better for lunch rather than dinner! The tuna I use is canned in oil, but it has less calories. As for the mayonnaise, if you don't like it, you can always use olive oil, but it'll had more calories in it.

Ingredients

    Recipe for 3 people
    - 1,5 cups of baked potatos, cubed
    - 3 cans of tuna (in watter)
    - 2 cups of peas and carrots (frozen)
    - 2 large hard oiled eggs
    - 3 tbsp of ligh Mayonnaise

Directions

after chopping and washing the potatos, add the eggs, peas and carrots and start boiling them. as soon as the potatos are ready, take off the eggs, then peel and slice them. Drain the water from the potatos and devide the potatos and eggs on 3 plates (which will be 3 servings). Drain the water from the tuna, add 1 can and 1 tbsp of mayonnaise in each plate, mix everything all together and let it cool down. Then its ready to eat!
