Ingredients

one teaspoon of splenda
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup fresh banana
1/4 cup yogurt plain
1/4 cup water or more can add to amount by using ice
Directions
This is just a simple shake that is low in carbs. Add all ingredients to your blender and within a few seconds it is done. I add additional water when I want it thinner. I also add protien powder low in carbs when I run long distances.
