True Irish stew recipe from a true Irish friend.Because he never really measures anything te amount of water is kinda estimated add more if you need to.This stew is very good the first night and excellent the next day as left overs!! Ingredients

    2lbs stew meat-browned
    1lb(6) carrots choped
    3 leeks washed and sliced
    5 lbs( 10) potatoes washed and cubed
    1 large onion chopped
    1 bunch mustard green or like washed and choped
    1 or 2 parsnips cubed
    About 16 cups or more water
    2 beef bouillion cubes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 TBSP good butter , irish butter if you can find it.

Directions

Brown meat ,chop veggies.Add water to pan and add potatoes and boil for about 15 minutes then add in order carrots,parsnips,onions,garlic and mustard greens.Cook for about 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally then add bouillion cubes.Then add two tablespoon good butter.
