    1T olive oil
    245 g fresh broccoli
    215 g red pepper
    45 g raw onion
    garlic-2 cloves
    chicken broth-2 fl oz.
    green beans, cooked, 200g
    pepper jack organic cheese-2.15oz
    2 cups organic pasta sauce--I used Muir Glen


Makes about 5 10 oz. servings.

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Steam broccoli. Add broccoli, red pepper, green beans and chicken broth to pan. Cook until warmed through and veggies are to desired tenderness. Add tofu, cheese and pasta sauce when veggies are ready. I crumbled the tofu. Mix all together and heat through until warm. Enjoy!
