Follow your nose!! This "Toucan" Chili is an easy, delicious version of a hearty, vegetarian chili. It has FAR less fat and sodium than conventional canned chilis and ZERO cholesterol. Ingredients

    1 Bag MorningStar Farms Recipe Starters Grillers Crumbles
    2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 Cans Sweet Corn
    2 Cans Black Beans
    1 Tbs Ground Cumin
    1 Tbs Garlic Powder
    1 Tbs Dried Minced Onion
    1 Tbs Chili Powder

Directions

Drain beans and corn and place into slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients.
I put the "meat" crumbles in straight from the freezer. You don't have to worry about cooking and draining any fat because there isn't any!
Let cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
You could make this even faster on the stovetop by combining all the ingredients in a big pot and cooking for maybe half an hour.
