Ingredients

    1lb extra lean meet.
    Tortilla Shells 3, 12" shells
    2 TBS Taco Seasoning
    1 C shredding cheese
    1 10 oz can of Enchilada Sauce

Directions

Brown Meat until cooked.
put meat inside taco shells, sprinkle a pinch of cheese on top of meat. roll shell up and place in a 9x11" pan.( place so that the folded part of the shell is on the bottom of the pan) Do that for all the shells. Once done, over shells with the Enchilada Sauce. Bake for 25min at 350*F. Put remaining cheese on top of the last 5min. (or until cheese is melted)


**One serving is half of a Tortilla shell**
