Introduction

This is a great anytime soup to put in the crock pot in the morning and have ready when you walk through the door in the evening. This is a great anytime soup to put in the crock pot in the morning and have ready when you walk through the door in the evening.

Ingredients

    1 large can diced tomatoes with liquid
    1 can of kidney beans - drained
    1 can green bean with liquid
    1 can corn with liquid
    2-3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
    1 celery stalk
    1 cup sliced mushrooms (or one can)
    1 chopped onion
    1 tbs parsley
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    2 tbl worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg dry liption onion soup mix

Directions

Brown the turkey, add in the chopped onion when the turkey is almost cooked. Prepare remaining ingredents and add to the crock pot. Add cooked turkey and onions. Cook on low all day or 4 hours on high. May add extra water if you prefer more broth, we eat it more like a chili.
