Ingredients

    1 jumbo package of broccoli cuts
    1 1lb box Lite Velveeta Cheese
    1 sleeve low sodium saltine crackers
    I Can't beleive its Not Butter Spray
    1 can condensed fat-free cream of broccoli soup
    1 can condensed fat free broccoli cheesesoup
    1 cup non fat milk
    1 cup sliced salt free almonds, divided
    1 tsp white pepper

Directions

Cook broccoli according to package directons. Drain; add soup,1/2 cup almonds and pepper. After stirring , pour into casserole dish. Cover the casserole with remaindersliced almonds. Slice Velveeta 1/4 in thick.Cover the casserole with the cheese. Top with crushed crackers. Spray top of casserole completely with I Can't Beleive Its Butter Spray. Pour milk over casserole. Cook at 375 to 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
