Introduction
This is my home-made version of Hamburger Helper's Cheesy Hash brown Casserole. This is my home-made version of Hamburger Helper's Cheesy Hash brown Casserole.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1 lb ground venison
3 cups hash browns
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 1/2 cups milk
6 oz shredded cheese
Directions
Brown ground venison.
Add hash browns, cover and stir occasionally on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
In a 2-qt sauce pan, melt butter on medium heat until bubbling ceases.
Add flour and mix for 1 minute.
Add ground mustard and mix and gradually stir in milk.
Stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Pour cheese sauce over potato-burger mixture and serve.
