Ingredients

    1/4 c Unbleached flour
    1/4 c Whole Wheat flour
    1/4 c cornmeal
    1/2 c GeniSoy Protein powder
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups Silk Light Soy Milk
    2 Tbsp oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together.

Pour in soymilk and oil. Stir just until moistened.

Spoon onto a hot griddle, spread slightly with spoon if necessary.

Cook on both sides until browned.

Makes @ 8 6" pancakes.
