These are SO deliciousI thought that I would share the recipe. Definitely far from healthy, but definitely VERY tasty!! If you're like me and lack control, I suggest you cut the pan, leave out what you need and freeze the remaining squares! These are SO deliciousI thought that I would share the recipe. Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    pinch salt
    1 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    Mix as for shortbread...bake 25mins@325.
    Let cool.

    1 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 tbsp corn syrup
    1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml)
    few drops vanilla

    Mix butter, corn syrup and milk in a pan over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring up heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 7 minutes.
    Add vanilla and beat well. Cool slightly and then spread over base. Let set.

    Melt 4 plain chocolate bars in a double boiler then spread over the carmel layer. Refridgerate until completely set.
