Introduction

Cold Salad for all seasons and all occassions. Healthy and filling. Gluten free, Dairy Free and vegetarian friendly. Easy to make. Cold Salad for all seasons and all occassions. Healthy and filling. Gluten free, Dairy Free and vegetarian friendly. Easy to make.

Ingredients

    1 15 oz Can Black Beans, drained
    1 15 oz Can Kidney Beans, drained
    1 15 oz Can Corn, drained
    1/4 cup Green Peppers, chopped
    1/4 cup Red onions, chopped
    2 TBSP Balsamic Vineagr
    2 TBSP Olive oil
    Cilantro or corriander
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Can make ahead of time or eat immediatley after making.

Recipe makes 5 Cups total.
10 servings - Serving Size 1/2 Cup.
