    1.5 c sugar (used 1/2 sugar, 1/2 splenda)
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 c oil
    1.5 t cinnamon.
    75 t nutmeg
    8 oz crushed pineapple
    2 c grated zucchini
    3 c flour (used 1/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat)
    1 t salt
    1.5 t baking soda
    1.5 t baking powder

Directions

Place in 2 9x5 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. 24 servings
