Ingredients

    1-Tbs chopped garlic
    1 large chopped Onions
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1-Tbs Cajun seasoning
    1/2-tsp paprika
    1-tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2- tsp thyme
    1/2-tsp oregano

    1 stick of salted butter
    1 can whole baby clams,
    8 oz. fresh Oysters
    16 oz Blue Crab meat
    16 oz Shrimp, raw,
    8 oz. Tilapia filets,
    16 oz Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
    8 oz Tomato Sauce,


Directions

Sauté garlic, onions, and red bell pepper in one stick of butter. Broil Tilapia filets until they flake.
Combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano sautéed mixture, clams, crab, and flaked tilapia in a large pot and simmer long enough for the foods to mingle. About the last 5 minutes add shrimp and oysters.
