Introduction

This was a holiday recipe that my mom used to make.I took it over a few years ago and made a few changes. It is a staple at our Thanksgiving & Christmas. And after forcing my husband (who thinks corn is the only veggie out there) he fell in love with it & I have to make it throughout the year. Ingredients

    1 onion chopped
    1 pkg frozen broccoli
    1 cup rice
    1/2 cup cheese sauce
    1 can cream of Broccoli or Mushroom soup
    1/2 stick of butter or margarine metled
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup water

Directions

This is really easy. Preheat your oven to 350. In a large bowl mix the soup, water, cheese sauce, milk & butter. Then stir in the rice and onion. Then finally add the broccoli. pour into a cassarole dish & place in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings (unless you have a pig of a husband like I do).
