Introduction

Classic eggs and toast. I eat this about once a week; a little more clean up time than cereal, but it doesn't take long to cook and it fills me up very well, for about 410 calories. You might want to check calories for yourself, as the calories per slice of bread can vary a lot (my typical bread is 110 calories per slice). I like the oregano for a bit of extra flavor - it has the same kind of fragrant smell as sausage. Feel free to leave out the oregano if you prefer. Classic eggs and toast.
