Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Romano Cheese, 3 oz
    Parsley, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp.
    Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup

Directions

Make the rice as instructed on the box. Heat oil until hot enough to fry. Place cooked rice in a large mixing bowl. Add the butter, romano cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Allow to cool until able to handle with bare hands. While making the rice balls you must keep your hands wet or they will stick. Once rice mixture is cool enough to handle, add the egg. Meanwhile heat the sauce. Roll ricwe mixture imto meatball sized balls. Roll each in bread crumbs until completely covered. Fry balls until deep golden brown. Serve with sauce.
