Ingredients

One pound of ground beef
One can Progresso Light Savory Vegetable Barley Soup
One Large Onion-chopped
8oz Portabella Mushrooms-sliced
3/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
1. Make very small bite size meatballs from the ground beef.
2. Put about half of them with chopped onion and sliced mushurooms into a large pan.
3. Cook for about 5 minutes and add the rest of the meat balls. Cook until desired doneness of vegetables is achieved.
4. Pour mixture into a strainer in order to drain most of the grease.
5. Retun the meat mixture to the pan.
6. Add Progresso soup and heat for about 5 minutes at a high flame.
7. Add sour cream and heat through.
8. Turn off the flame and let sit for about 5 mintues, sauce will thicken more during this process.
