1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded or chopped (about 4 cups) (you can buy preshredded in a package)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup) optional
Directions
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper; toss with cabbage and onion. Sprinkle with paprika or dried dill weed if desired. 8 servicings (about 1/2 cup each).
