Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup sugar
    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup mashed bananas (or two small to medium bananas)
    1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Cream shortening/oil and suger. Add eggs one at a time, beat well. Stir in ananas. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spoon about 1 tbsp into each muffin cup. Bake for 15 minutes.
