Ingredients

    2 Ripe Bananas (peeled and mashed)
    2 eggs (used egg beaters for recipe calculator)
    1 1/2 cup Splenda
    1 1/2 fcup flour
    1/2 cup Lite Applesauce
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp vanilla
    dash of salt
    4 TBSP milk
    1 tsp vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredents together, will be a sticky dough, bake at 350 degrees in two small loaf pans for 40 to 45 minutes.
