Introduction

a blend of hot and spicy that will fill you up a blend of hot and spicy that will fill you up

Ingredients

    2 cups butternut squash
    6 small red potatoes
    1 can sweet kernal corn
    1 cup of sliced carrots
    1 can canned tomatoes
    2 small cans of tomato sauce
    2 small can of tomato paste
    1 medium onion
    couple of bell peppers
    1/2 c hot peppers
    2 cups frozen peas
    1 pound of lean hamburger meat

Directions

cook meat, onions, peppers, until done.
Add to vegetables, sauce, paste
cook one hour
serve with corn bread or crackers
It makes about 20 one cup servings.
