Introduction

I put this together yesterday because I wanted something simple and easy. I know I left a few herbs out of this recipe as compared to what I used but this should be good enough. Ingredients

1 lbs of cubed stew beef
1 (14.5 oz) can of yellow corn
1 (14.5 oz) can of peas
1 (14.5 oz) can of carrots
1 (14.5 oz) can of green beans
    1 medium onion diced
    2 stalks of celery diced
    1 cup of beef stock
    2 tsp of dried rosemary
    2 tsp of dried parsley
    2 tsp of dried cilantro
    1 tsp of chili powder

I add 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes to mine but I am unable to find the nutritional value for that as of yet so it is not reflected in the nutritional value of this recipe. So yes, as of now it is an optional ingredient.

Directions

Step 1: Cook the beef all the way through
Step 2: Add everything into a large pot and mix well.
Step3: Cook on a medium-low heat for 30 minutes just so everything can be heated and the flavors can mix. If you want you could through this into a crock pot and leave it on low all day.

This makes about 6-8 1 cup servings.

I hope they like it. Thanks for reminding me; I did put one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes in and forgot all about it. I have a habit of throwing stew meat in a pot and adding a bunch of different cans of veggies and some herbs to it and calling it dinner.
