Ingredients

    Athens Fillo, 8 serving (remove)
    *Lamb, Ground, 9.76 oz (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Allspice, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Pine Nuts, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Saute onion in oil until golden. Add lamb and continue to cook until the lamb loses its red color. Add spices and nuts.

When working with phyllo, place them on a few pieces of wax paper and keep them covered with a damp dishtowel. Uncover the sheets only long enough to remove the next piece of phyllo.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut each piece of phyllo into quarters (approx 12x4) as you work. Brush lightly with melted butter. Place tablespoon ofr cooked meat filling at the 4in side. Fold end over the filling. Bring corner up and fold diagonally to make a triangle. Fold over the triangle until the phyllo is all used. Try to keep packet tight and keep all the ingredients inside. Finish with rest of phyllo and meat.

Place on baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with butter. Bake about 25 minuts or until the packets are crisp and golden
