Ingredients

Tomato
Hot Pepper
Bell Pepper (tatase)
Onions
Canola Oil
Salt
Knorr Chicken Boullion
Chicken Broth
Curry
Directions
- Slice or blend the tomatoes, hot peppers and bell peppers
- Slice or blend the onions separately (I prefer it sliced)
- Heat up a pot, and put the canola oil inside to heat.
- Pour the onions into the heated oil, and stir it until its cooked
- Pour the tomatoes and peppers into the pot and cover.
- Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes (or till it starts to boil)
-Stir the mixture, and cover the pot again. Keep stiring until the mixture gets darker, or until it doesn't taste raw anymore.
- Add the Chicken broth, and allow it to cook for an extra 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, curry, knorr boullion (you can use the cubes or maggi).
- Allow cook for 1 extra minute and turn it off
- Serve it as a sauce for Rice or anything of choice
